Sponsorships are welcome but our Trade Show is Full with over 15 vendors

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring our event or participating in our Trade Show.
Our event will be hosted at the Coast Bastion Hotel in Nanaimo, BC
We offer several levels of sponsorship, most include a trade show booth. You can also purchase a trade show location alone.

Trade Show set up will be on Friday, October 23rd from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
On Friday evening, 7-9 pm, we will host a Welcome reception and trade show opening.
The Trade Show will be open all day Saturday and Sunday until 1:00 pm.

Trade Show Booths are 8 ft x 10 ft and include 6 ft skirted table.110 power by request.
